Refund Policy

Effective date: October 30, 2026

We want you to feel confident in your investment with Value Leadership Collective, a brand of Dream Chasers Management Group Virtual Learning LLC. Because coaching reserves our time and delivers value from the first session, the following terms apply.

1. Coaching programs (one-on-one and group)

• 7-day window: You may cancel for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as your first session has not taken place.
• After the first session or after 7 days: Payments are non-refundable.
• Payment plans: If you enroll on a payment plan, you are responsible for the full program fee, even if you stop attending.

2. Company and team programs

Programs for organizations follow the cancellation and refund terms in the signed client agreement.

3. Digital products and recordings

Courses, templates, downloads, and recordings are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

4. Workshops and live events

Registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or a future date of the same event with at least 7 days' notice.

5. If we cancel

If we cancel a session or event and cannot reschedule it, you will receive a full refund for that session or event.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, purchase date, and the program you bought. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issue.
