These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of valueleadershipcollective.com and all coaching, training, and related services provided by Dream Chasers Management Group Virtual Learning LLC, operating as Value Leadership Collective ("Company," "we," "us"). By using the site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide leadership and communication coaching, group programs, workshops, keynotes, and educational materials. Program details, schedules, and pricing are described at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
Coaching is an educational and developmental service. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, financial, or HR compliance advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
Fees are due as stated at checkout or in your agreement. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, even if you stop participating. We may pause access to services if a payment fails. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a one-on-one session. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited. Group sessions run as scheduled and may be recorded for participants who cannot attend.
All content, including the Formula for Public Speaking™, worksheets, videos, recordings, and frameworks, belongs to the Company. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own or your organization's internal development. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without written permission.
We keep what you share in sessions confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. In group programs, you agree to keep other participants' information confidential and to treat everyone with respect. We may remove anyone who disrupts a program, without refund.
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Value Leadership Collective (Dream Chasers Management Group Virtual Learning LLC).

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to hold the Company harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Beaufort County, South Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated Terms.
